Anchovy Red Wine Dressing


Anchovies...not a very popular food. Most people's reaction to anchovies is "Pleggghhhh!" Until a short time ago I completely agreed. I'm not going to go around snacking on anchovies and crackers any time soon but I have come to discover the amazing and subtle world of the anchovy. This dressing lends further comfirmation. It's eazy peazy to make and as I didn't have garlic oil I just upped the amount of olive oil and threw in a clove of garlic. Even Husband who doesn't really like oil and vinegar dressings liked this. I highly recommend this - nothing like a fresh homemade dressing!!!
